1. Introduction

Welcome to ATBooking ("we", "our", or "us"). This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it when you use the ATBooking mobile app. The app has four sections: ATShops, Services, Buy & Sell and Rentals. This policy covers all four.

2. Information we collect

We collect information you give us when you:

Create an account (name, phone number, address, profile photo)
Create a business profile in any section: a shop, a service, a Buy & Sell listing, or a rental store (name, category, location, contact details, photos, prices)
Send or receive a booking request or a message about a post
Write a review or pin a store or service

We also collect basic device and usage information, such as device type, operating system, app version and a push notification token, so the app works properly.

3. How we use your information

To run the app and show your listings to other users
To connect customers and owners through booking requests and messages
To show shops, services, posts and rentals near you
To send push notifications about requests, confirmations and updates
To check that your app version is up to date
To improve the app and keep it safe

4. What other users can see

ATShops, Services, Buy & Sell, RentalsYour business name, category, photos, location and the contact details you add to a listing are public.

Your profileYour name and profile photo can appear next to your business profile. Your phone number is only shown where you choose to share it.

5. Information sharing

We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information. We may share data with service providers that help us run the app, such as cloud hosting and push notifications (Firebase Cloud Messaging), under confidentiality terms.

6. Location

With your permission, the app uses your location or the address in your profile to find nearby shops, services and rentals ("Near Me") and to filter by distance. If you add a location to your business profile, it is shown publicly on your listing.

7. Push notifications

We use Firebase Cloud Messaging to send notifications about requests and updates. You can turn them off at any time in your device settings. Your notification token is removed from our servers when you log out or delete your account.

8. Photos and media

Photos you upload for your profile or listings are stored on our servers and shown publicly on those pages. Please only upload photos you own or have the right to share.

9. Data security

Your data is stored on secure servers and we use standard security measures to protect it. No method of storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Children

ATBooking is not meant for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information. If you think a child has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Your rights

See the personal information we hold about you
Correct wrong information (you can edit your profile in the app)
Delete your account and data (see the Delete Account tab)
Withdraw consent, for example by turning off location or notifications

12. Third-party services

The app links to services such as Google Maps and WhatsApp. We do not control their privacy practices, so please read their policies.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed. Continuing to use the app means you accept the updated policy.
